About Us

ICCU is the fastest-growing credit union in the State of Idaho and one of the top-performing credit unions in the country. Offering a variety of products and services for our members and businesses since 1940, we have learned a lot. Above all, we have learned to serve. It’s what keeps a smile on our faces. ICCU is looking after your daily balance.

ICCU was organized as a state-chartered credit union on June 28, 1940, in Boise, Idaho, to serve the needs of officers from other Idaho credit unions. At that time, officers couldn’t belong to the credit union where they worked. On January 31, 1941, we reported $298.93 in assets at year-end and had 22 members.

Since then, we’ve grown to over $13 billion in assets and over 700,000 members throughout the west. We offer a variety of banking products, including personal and business banking, mortgage services, wealth management, insurance, and more. But out of all that, we’re most proud of being ranked as a top credit union in the nation for returning value to members (Callahan & Associates).
